Albert Einstein taught a physics class in 1946 at a HBCU Pennsylvania’s Lincoln University (Langston Hughes & Thurgood Marshall’s alma mater). He said, ‘The separation of the races is not a disease of colored people. It’s a disease of white people. I do not intend to be quiet about it.’ The media ignored this facet of Einstein’s life despite his personal support for Marian Anderson & Princeton’s black community, appearing as a character witness for W.E.B. Dubois and maintaining a 20-year friendship with Paul Robeson.
